Can I deal with you in English?
Yes. Students from more than 80 countries study here, and we work in
English every day. Write in whichever language you are comfortable with.
Formal documents are often German only, because that is the language they
are legally filed in, but we will talk you through them.
Is this really confidential?
Yes. We pass nothing on without your say-so, programme directors
included. If you would rather stay anonymous, we only need the facts,
not your name.
Am I automatically a member?
Yes. Paying the union fee makes you a member of the Austrian Students'
Union and so a member here. Advice, equipment and the hardship fund cost
you nothing on top.
I study alongside work and am rarely on campus.
Not a problem. We are around on block weekends and advise by video call.
Send us two or three times that would suit you.
Do the old email addresses still work?
They do. Mail to @fh-kufstein.ac.at is forwarded
